I am thinking about electric fence

I noticed while driving through the country side in west virgina and kentucky that most of the cattle are held in by woven wire fences. I know the cost of so much more with this type of fence that electric fence. Then I noticed that I was on the highway and the state is the one that installs all the fences along the major roads...
